YOGA

Yoga Release Form

Creations by Imagination - Yoga for You

Ice Falls"No judgment - No competition - If you can breathe, you can do yoga!"

I have been attracted to yoga since I was little. I always seemed to be in a yoga pose without realizing it. I was also a gymnast for 8 years and I truly believe that gymnastics is, "YOGA ON STEROIDS". If it weren't for a friend of mine, I would have never signed up to be a yoga instructor. She encouraged me to be a teacher and offer my services to everyone I could reach. I signed up for the class and gave them a deposit. Two weeks later, I tried to "back out" because of fear and the unknown. I was scared and didn't want to fail.

The other angel encouraged me to stay with the program for one month, if I didn't like it, he would give me my deposit back. I know that two angels were looking out for me. This was the road I needed to take in order to help people find their true authentic self. All I can say is, it was the best decision I ever made! I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor.

This lead me into the greatest journey of my life. It brought me to my true authentic self.

I also offer guided meditation, sound therapy and chakra work. I can be contacted for private classes at 309-642-4651. I am the travel nature yoga instructor. Email me at bcbubbles@aol.com anytime!
